Excellent location really friendly helpful staff and the cleanliness .Rate their customer service as ten out of ten.
Only the price which was slightly excessive for a small hotel.

Our room for 2 was large and had a roof-top view. The bathroom was very small but the shower larger. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke English. The location in central Perusia was great, and there was little noise at night. There was no a/c, but the fan supplied was adequate as the weather was not very hot. The breakfast was very good.

The staff were very friendly and hospitable, the breakfast was very good and plenty of variety. The close proximity of the hotel to the centre of town. The room was bright and very clean with an excellent shower.

City location very handy, good restaurant next door, easy to see the sights.
Nightmare to find, parking almost impossible, bathroom a bit bijou.I Would recommend it if you were not in a car and arrived by taxi.

Perfect location, it's totally in the center, but parking is a drama...mostly if you have a big car don't enter the small old town just like we did it, it was a hell but we learned our lesson. Those streest are for small Fiats:) Hotel is on 3rd floor, clean, receptionists are excellent, we got some wine as well when we left as a present. But the rooms are really basic and out of date and very small. Breakfast room is 4 square meters:) but you can have a proper breakfast. Anyway the location is great, very friendly hotel staff, rooms ok for 1-2 nighsts...

The hotel was in an excellent location for the city centre, although it was a bit tricky to find as there is no street level reception (it is on the 3rd floor with just a small sign on the street). The hotel is fairly basic but clean and the staff were very friendly.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast available. Location that could not be better, close to all sites and restaurants and the advantage of being right next to Plazza Itailia where to airport shuttle bus stops.
Rooms are slightly small and tired - but great value for money.

The location is really convenient. Hotel has posted a sign round the corner so quite easy to reach.
The bathroom especially the shower is super small. Otherwise, it's clean and reasonably equipped.
